Is Forge Growth really open source?
Yes. It is MIT licensed, self-hosted and single-tenant, with no SaaS tier and no telemetry. The code is on GitHub at Forgemind-git/ForgeGrowth-OSS.
Where does our data live?
On your own server. Each company gets its own Forge Growth with its own database, so your leads and conversations never sit in a shared system.
Do we need the WhatsApp Business API?
Forge Growth uses Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API on your own WhatsApp Business number. If you don't have it set up yet, we help you get the number verified and connected.
Which Instagram accounts does it work with?
Instagram business accounts. Comment-to-DM, DM keywords, story replies and mentions, AI agents, the inbox and the overview all run on Meta's official APIs.
Can Claude change things without us knowing?
No. Every Claude tool starts switched off, you choose which categories to allow, and anything Claude builds, such as an automation or a flow, is saved as a draft for you to switch on.
What does it cost?
The software is free. Meta charges for WhatsApp template messages at its own rates, paid to Meta. If Forgemind sets it up for you, we quote after the demo, based on your channels and the automations you need.
